Competition Membership: Members that pay a “Competition Membership” are not required to pay match fees as outlined on this form. Members also acknowledge that the club makes the best endeavours to ensure they are placed in a team when completing team application forms.

Junior / Student:  Aged 17 years or younger at the 1^st September in that membership year or being a full-time student holding a student concession card (e.g. attending university / TAFE or similar)

Match Fees: Match fees are additional fees paid by those not playing “Competition” memberships.

• Night Competition - $60 per season
• Saturday Competition - $40 per season
• MDLTA Competition - $40 per season
• Junior Competition - $25 per season

Privacy Statement: Mount Carmel Tennis Club requires the above information for the purposes of Club Membership and providing your details to Tennis Victoria. Your personal information is forwarded to Tennis Victoria to be used for insurance and membership services. Individual members can access their personal information through Tennis Victoria and Mount Carmel Tennis club upon reasonable notice.

Conditions of Entry: It is a condition of entry that members accept the rules and decisions of Mount Carmel TC Executive Committee, including representing the club in a manner consistent with the spirit of the game of tennis.
